2. Does fuel consumption increase after chiptuning?
During normal driving, it remains the same, or may even decrease due to better engine torque management. An increase only appears if you frequently use the engine’s maximum power.
 
3. Does chiptuning increase pollutant emissions?
No, properly performed chiptuning does not exceed current environmental standards. If smoke or increased opacity appears, it is generally due to a pre-existing mechanical problem or an unprofessional intervention.
 
4. Does the vehicle still pass the MOT after chip tuning?
Yes, chip tuning does not prevent it from passing the MOT as long as the vehicle is in good mechanical condition and complies with anti-pollution standards.
 
5. Is chip tuning reversible?
